Viewing This Site From Disk.

Some pages on this site have been sabotaged when people tried Viewing This Site From The Internet. This is why I distribute this site on disc also.

I recommend viewing this site from disc if possible, or Copying The Web Site Files To Your Hard Disk which is faster, and viewing from there. The risk of your viewing experience being sabotaged is lower.

You do not need to be connected to the Internet to view this site from disc unless you click on a link labeled as a "Live Web Page" link. But remember that if you do this, or try Viewing This Site From The Internet, then the Internet spies will know.

Viewing This Site From The Internet.

Some pages of this Web Site have been sabotaged on the Internet. So I provide multiple links to it. If one link does not work completely then maybe another will. The following addresses should all work.

If you have trouble Viewing This Site From The Internet, or you suspect that pages have been substituted, then Contact Me to let me know and request a copy of the site on disc. I will log on this Web site all Disc Requests.

The following are old links to this site. They have been phased out and should not work.

  • http://www.ultranet.com/~roscoed/ was the address of the original site, and later was forwarded to a newer copy on rcn.com. It has been phased out.

  • http://users.rcn.com/roscoed was a backup copy of the site It has been phased out.

  • http://mediamatrix.puissante.com was a temporary synonym for MediaMatrix.org . It no longer works.

  • http://home.earthlink.net/~pmm0 was a backup copy of the site. It has been phased out.

Note: some of the information in this Web Site might be difficult to believe, but all of it is true to the best of my knowledge.

  • Much of it is proved by the Public Record.

  • But some of it is based on personal testimony of relative unknowns. If you do not know and trust the source of this information, then you should read it for For Entertainment Purposes only.

TITLE 17 > CHAPTER 1 > Sec. 107.

Sec. 107. - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

      Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair
   use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in
   copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that
   section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting,

   research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether
   the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to
   be considered shall include -

   (1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such
     use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational
     purposes;

   (2) the nature of the copyrighted work;

   (3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation
     to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

   (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of
     the copyrighted work.

      The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of
   fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above
   factors
