To harass is to disturb or irritate persistantly. Probably the most well-known type is sexual harassment.
HarassmentBut here we are concerned with types of harassment which are kept Secret from most people. This harassment is used for behavior modification and Counterintelligence purposes, for political control, economic control, and mind control. It is the relentless and purposeful creation of Bad Fortune for a Targeted Individual (TI).
There are 2 major methods of harassment for these purposes, and these methods can be combined.
- Gang Stalking harassment is done by ordinary people and can be done using ordinary technology.
- Psychotronic harassment is done with technologiclly advanced, highly automated equipment and methods.

A person that is a Harassment target is called a "Targeted Individual". This is often abbreviated "TI".

TI Awareness
A Targeted Individual (TI) can be at one of two main levels of awareness.
- An Unaware TI is a TI that doesn't realise that he or she is a TI.
- An Aware TI is a TI that does realise it.
Most TIs start as Unaware TIs, and most TIs today are probably Unware TIs. Whether an Unaware TI becomes an Aware TI depends on:
- the Obviousness of the harassment;
- the intelligence of the TI;
- whether or not the harassers decide to make themselves known.
The transition from Unaware TI to Aware TI, if it happens, can be both terrifying and liberating.
- The transition can be terrifying because:
- The intensity and unpleasantness of the Harassment is often increased when the TI becomes aware, because there is no longer a reason to try to keep the harassment program secret from the TI.
- The TI might conclude that not only might the TI's life not be becoming any better soon, it will probably become much worse.
- The transition can be liberating because:
- The TI realizes that many of his or her physical, mental, emotional, social, and career failings, were probably not his or her fault.
- With the TI's new awareness comes the possibility of selecting more effective countermeasures against Bad Fortune.
- The TI often soon learns that he or she is not alone.
- It can give the TI a whole new focus and purpose in life, which is to join with other TIs against the harassers in what might be the greatest struggle between good and Evil that the world has ever known.

Unaware TI
Most TIs start as Unaware TIs. They don't know that they are Harassment targets. Some TIs stay unaware their entire lives.Different Unaware TIs suffer different levels of harassment.
- At one extreme, a TI suffers much harassment, which causes problems with career, finances, family, or physical or psychological health. These TIs tend to be, or have the potential to be, activists that fight powerful Evil interests.
These TIs might know that they are living tragic and unhappy lives, but they don't know that somebody else is intentionally causing it.
- At the other extreme, a TI suffers little harassment. These TIs are doing most of what the powerful evil interests want them to do, so their behavior requires only occasional minor adjustments.
These TIs might have been activists in the past, but if they were then either their activism has been "burned out" of them, or it has been channeled into activities that are not very damaging to powerful evil interests.
Most Unaware TIs are probably in this catagory.
TI Awareness can change. When it does, an Unaware TI can become an Aware TI.
Aware TI
Aware TIs know that most of their Bad Fortune is being intentionally caused, and is Harassment.Many Aware TIs become activists who try to:
- publicize and stop harassment programs; and
- educate the public about the crimes of the powerful Evil interests believed to be responsible for harassment programs.
The number of Aware TIs is probably small campared to Unaware TIs, but their number is growing.
Obviousness
The obviousness of Harassment methods used on a Targeted Individual can vary. When the harassers are being more Obvious, they use Suspicious Problems that are more intense. When the harassers are being less Obvious, they use Suspicious Problems that are less intense, but they use more of them.The evidence seems to indicate that one of the reasons for the particular harassment methods chosen is to keep harassment programs Secret. Using nonobvious methods helps to do this. Several things seem to affect the obviousness of harassment used on a particular TI.
Most of the Bad Fortune events used in harassment programs are things that can be interpreted as bad luck or the fault of the TI, and this is especially true when obviousness is being avoided.
- TI Awareness: The methods used on an Aware TI generally are more obvious than those used on an Unaware TI, because to an Aware TI harassment programs are not secrets.
- Proximity to non Aware TIs: Obvious harassment methods are used less when witnesses are present.
- Accountability: A TI's greater ability to observe, record, and publicize evidence of harassment means that less obvious harassment methods must be used.
But nonobvious harassment methods are more costly than obvious ones, so are generally used only when secrecy requires them. Nonobvious harassment is more costly because of:
- Higher Gang Stalking labor costs, because it requires doing less obvious and therefore less annoying things, but that means using more stalkers to do more of them to achieve the desired level of harassment;
- Higher Psychotronic system bandwidth costs, because it requires more sophisticated psychotronic effects, doing more subtle mind and body tricks on the TI and the people around the TI;
- Higher managerial costs, because a larger nonobvious harassment program is more complex, so more decisions must be made.
TI Selection
How does a person become a Targeted Individual (TI)?It is rarely by choice, because being a TI is not pleasant, and often it is miserable.
People become TIs because they are selected by somebody else. They are selected for various reasons, and seem to fall into one or more of the following catagories.
Nonconsensual Test Subject TIs.
These are people being used as guinea pigs in scientific experiements. For example, they might be being used as psychological test subjects for psychological warfare operations testing, or in the testing of new Psychotronic systems.They tend to not be powerful people, because powerful people can cause more trouble.
Neutralization Target TIs.
These are people, some of the activities of which, or the entire life of which, somebody else wants neutralized.They tend to know, or know about, powerful persons. Sometimes they are powerful themselves.
These TIs include the following:
Political Target:
This is an actual or potential whistleblower, alternative media person, politician, or activist; who can do significant damage to the establishment. This person becomes a target because somebody in the establishment wants that damage stopped or prevented.Personal Target:
This is somebody who has a powerful personal enemy or enemies, such as an ex spouse, or relatives involved in an inheritance dispute.Friend Or Relative TIs.
It has been observed that if one person is a TI, then it is more probable that his or her friends, family, and other relations are also selected to be TIs, though possibly at a lower intensity of harassment. There are several possible reasons for harassing a TI's friends or relatives:
- It makes a primary TI's problems seem less unusual.
- It reduces the probability of a TI being able to get sympathy.
- It's easier to harass people that are physically close to each other than to harass the same number of people that are not.
- It is another way to use up a TI's resources, because friends and relatives generally help each other when they have problems.
Income Source TIs.
Evidence is accumulating that many people can become TIs to be income sources for powerful interests.Harassment, especially highly automated Psychotronic harassment, can be used to cause people to spend their money in particular ways. Psychotronics can make targets unhappy and uncomfortable, give them syndromes and other medical and psychological conditions, and suggest remedies for those problems.
This harassment can cause these TIs to over eat, over medicate, over consume in other ways, and take on unnecessary debt. These TIs spend large sums of money to buy products which they wouldn't have bought otherwise. The Super Blue Stuff Paradox might be an obvious example of such a product.
TI Examples
Who are the Targeted Individuals, the TIs?There are probably a lot of them. Based on sources such as Eleanor White's Psychotronic Harassment Survey, there are at least 2 million TIs in North America alone. But most of them remain unidentified because:
- Unaware TIs don't talk about it because they don't realise that they are TIs.
- Aware TIs don't talk about it much because few people believe them when they do.
But some TIs have been identified. They are:
Unaware TI Examples
It is difficult to give examples of Unaware TIs because an unaware TI doesn't realize that he or she is one, and so can't tell anybody about it.But some Aware TIs believe that they have identified some Unaware TIs, based on reports of unusual amounts of Bad Fortune or other unusual experiences.
- Some of the relatives, friends, and pets of TIs appear to be TIs. I think that I have identified at least a dozen of mine.
- Some famous people appear to be TIs. I think that I have identified several of them also. These are people that have caused some trouble for the Political Establishment. They have been at least partially neutralized by Bad Fortune that could have been caused easilly by Psychotronics. Here are some of them:

Gang Stalking
[previously titled "Multistalking"]
Gang Stalking, also known as multistalking, cause stalking, and vigilante stalking, is a major Harassment method.Gang Stalking is different from the types of stalking about which we usually hear in the news, which is usually about one individual stalking another individual. In Gang Stalking, a group of people, sometimes a very large group, harasses the Targeted Individual (TI).
Each member of a Gang Stalking group does small acts to annoy the TI. Each act, if committed alone, would be only a small annoyance. But the cumulative total effect of all of these small acts can be devestating to the TI's life.
These small acts are usually not worth reporting to, or being acted upon by, the police. So there is little that can be done to stop this type of harassment.
